Jill Mushaney - Escrow Manager

I am Jill Rebecca Mushaney.  {Yes, my Daddy was, Jack}

I have been working in the escrow field since 1978.  Beginning as an escrow assistant and promoting to an escrow officer in 1982.  I have worked on a variety of transactions throughout the years, including: Resales, Refinance, REO Transactions, New Construction, Land Acquisitions for Development, Agriculture, Multiple Family Units, Commercial, 1031 Delayed Exchanges, 1031 Reverse Exchanges, Dealer Mobile Homes, Resale Mobile Homes, Hard Money Financing, Seller Carryback, and Loan Assumption transaction.  I prepared the approved contract and managed the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development contract for 10 years, including properties from Kern County extending to the Oregon Border.

I have served 3 years as Kern County Escrow Association President.

In 2005, I served as President of the California Escrow Association.

I have been commissioned as a Notary Public by the California Secretary of State continuously since 1978. 

I have lived in Bakersfield, Kern County, California all my life and attended local schools. 

I have 3 rescued White German Shepherds which make me smile every day. On the weekends, I enjoy riding my motorcycles in the area and throughout the state.

Griselda Cervantes - Escrow Officer

Griselda joined Central California Escrow in 2020, with her history in customer service, sale, banking, administrative and fiscal support, Griselda became and Escrow Assistant and quickly enriched her escrow process skills. She has a passion for learning and providing high quality service. Her previous experience includes administrative work for The County of Kern Airports which led her to Property Management. Her real estate experience includes assisting with the Transaction Coordination process and reception for a local real estate company. Her priority is to ensure your escrow process is as smooth as possible.
